Joe is passionate about real estate and investing, purchasing his first residential property soon after leaving school and continuing to build a portfolio over 28 years. He has held a number of investments in ACT, NSW, WA, VIC and the USA, including townhouse construction sites and land subdivisions, and had his portfolio featured in both Australian Property Investor and Money Magazine.
In 2022 Joe was able to self-fund his retirement through selling down part of his residential property portfolio. After initially becoming a Rethink commercial client, he is now keen to share his experience and insights with other residential property investors.
